Lead Practitioners are trained to deliver a specific UFA programme back in their own setting. They play a crucial role in growing the UFA in their local area, and in sharing good practice nationally.
What are the benefits for you?
Lead Practitioners are expected to go through a simple 3 step process to take the theory into practice and share their learning.
3 Steps to becoming a UFA Lead Practitioner:
STEP 1
STEP 2
STEP 3
After your first return, your status as Lead Practitioner becomes active and we will send your Lead Practitioner certificate and badge.
If you deliver your programme to children and young people...
There are 3 separate questionnaires that we would like you to use to give us a full picture of the impact of the activity you have run:
If you deliver your programme to parents & carers...
There are 2 separate questionnaires that we would like you to use to give us a full picture of the impact of the activity you have run:
You may want to support your submission with photographs of the activity happening. We would love to see these, but please do make sure you have permissions from those concerned
What about the next time I run the programme?
We would strongly encourage you to use the evaluations tools each time you run the activity to give you a growing picture of the success of the programme. If you send your completed surveys back to UFA we will keep adding the information to a database which means that you could look at the success of your programme over a greater length of time. We would be able to send you a summative report of all your data at your request. However, there is no requirement that you have to do this.
When do I get my Lead Practitioner Certificate?
On receipt of all your surveys we will send you your certificate and badge. You are now a fully fledged UFA Lead Practitioner!
